R&D Testing Engineer

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test criteria, test plan and effective new test method to meet customer requirements and specification. 2. Develop product checklist, testing tool (testing wires, dummy load) and operation matrix table. 3. Perform bench test, in-vehicle test and on the road test for development samples. 4. Track the failures and defects and work with development to resolve them. 5. Liaise with software design house on feedback problem. 6. Onsite support new product trial run. 7. Manage and maintain equipment, test facilities and tools in the R&D lab. 8. Store and manage the tested software, including categorized, and send the software to the related departments. 9. Technical support to production and QA in product problem analysis and verification to find the root cause. 10. Maintain documentation, including testing checklist and results. 11. Ensuring compliance to all Health, Safety and Environmental Social Governance procedural and practices.
