We're looking for a professional Restaurant Manager - Food & Beverage - or aspiring to be required for our Food & Beverage Service Division. Job summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, management and overall performance of the outlet/section appointed to. As such he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies. Requirement • Physically fit, neat, and well-groomed • Proficient in oral and written English, additional language an advantage • Confident, tactful, sensitive to guest and employee needs, service oriented, team player, flexible • Has effective managerial and leadership skills and is well organized. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel or in a standalone restaurant • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office) • Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail. • Has basic food hygiene knowledge • Creative; can think out-of-the box • Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
