Associate Engineer (Production)

i. Supervise the maintenance execution project to ensure the technicians compliance with the Cast House safety regulation. ii. Assists Superior in by offering technical advices on servicing and repairing of machinery. iii. Participate in execution and development of Preventive Maintenance including the design, implementation and testing. iv. Assisting in purchasing machinery spare parts and tools. v. Ensure the achievement of production quantity with quality set by the Management. Consistency provides a quality product and customer service that ensure total customer satisfaction. vi. Receive of all incoming materials such as raw material and consumables by performing self-inspection on material quality, quantity and specification according to supplier’s Delivery Order. vii. Proper control of machine’s temperature to decrease wastage of utilities include heat recycling and control of the furnace door open time frame and its frequency. viii. Introduce safety regulations for all staffs and ensure all jobs are done in a safe way. ix. Implement and monitor all staff to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from time to time and improve the working process.
