Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping. Handle office supplies inventory and procurement. Organize and maintain company documentation, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. Provide general support to staff and visitors. Accounting Duties: Record and maintain financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Support in audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed. Other Responsibilities: Assist in project budgeting and cost tracking. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative and accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Auto count, SAP) and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
