Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities: - Analyze and Evaluate: Compile and meticulously analyze data, processes, and codes to effectively troubleshoot problems and identify opportunities for enhancement within the application's architecture. - Collaboration and Cohesion: Collaborate closely with front-end developers and other team members to establish clear project objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes that significantly improve the overall user experience. - Innovative Solutions: Generate innovative ideas for new programs, products, or features by proactively monitoring industry developments and trends, ensuring that our applications remain cutting-edge and competitive. - Data Management and Reporting: Accurately record data and prepare comprehensive reports, effectively communicating findings to the System Architect and/or Management Team, thus contributing to data-driven decision-making. - Continuous Learning: Actively participate in continuing education and training initiatives to stay abreast of the latest best practices, trends, and emerging technologies. Continuously improve skill sets and explore new programming languages to better assist other team members. - Project Leadership: Take the lead on projects, when required, guiding and supporting the team to ensure successful project execution and timely completion. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field. - Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, PHP, or Python, and operating systems may be required. - Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools. - Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement. - Excellent project and time management skills. - Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently or with a group.
