Public Relations Consultant (Pakistan)

1) Ensure all procedures and documentation comply with the latest governmental policies and regulations in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia. 2) Act as the primary point of contact for Pakistani and Bangladeshi workers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their smooth transition to Malaysia. 3) Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to Pakistani and Bangladeshi workers, ensuring their effective integration into the company. 4) Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, non-governmental organizations, and community leaders in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia. 5) Develop and implement crisis management plans to address any potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the transition process. 6) Be prepared for frequent travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia to manage on-the-ground activities and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 7) Maintain accurate records of all communications, processes, and documentation related to foreign worker transitions. 8) Conduct training sessions for both Pakistani and Bangladeshi workers and local staff to foster better understanding and cooperation. 9) Organize cultural exchange programs and activities to promote better understanding between Pakistani and Bangladeshi expatriates and local employees. 10) Offer continuous support and assistance to Pakistani and Bangladeshi workers throughout their tenure in Malaysia, ensuring their well-being and productivity. 11) Provide translation of documents and facilitate clear communication to ensure Pakistani and Bangladeshi workers fully understand Malaysian policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Urdu, Bengali, and English (additional languages are a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations or a similar role. - Ability to work in a multicultural environment. - Willing to travel abroad (if required)
