MANAGER - Asian's Bowl

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead operations at Asian Bowl, a restaurant specializing in authentic Asian cuisine. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations. - Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to ensure smooth service. - Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. - Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. - Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 years in restaurant management or similar role. Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred. Skills: -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -Knowledge of Asian cuisine and restaurant operations is an advantage.
