M&E Engineer (Construction)

- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards - Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations - Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications. - Oversee the selection and requisition of materials - Assess and evaluate work done at sit and provide information for the contractor’s or subcontractor’s claim.
