FABRICATION MOULD DESIGNER

BHD seeks a FABRICATION MOULD DESIGNER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out.  Overseeing the fabrication of marble products and ensuring high-quality results.  Develop detailed designs for moulds used in fabrication processes.  Overseeing the operation of marble cutting, shaping, and polishing machinery, including troubleshooting and maintenance.  Create 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings.  Collaborate with production teams to optimize mould functionality and manufacturing efficiency.  Managing the fabrication team, setting performance goals, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.  Troubleshoot design issues and modify moulds for better performance.  Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.  Implementing quality control processes and inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality.  Test and validate moulds for production readiness.  Enforcing safety protocols and managing resource allocation to optimize productivity in the fabrication process.  Reviewing design specifications, blueprints, and CAD drawings to guide marble fabrication processes.  Operating and troubleshooting specialized marble cutting, shaping, and polishing machines.  Ensuring precision in measurements, cutting angles, and finishing to achieve the desired quality.  Performing quality control inspections, adjusting techniques for optimal results, and addressing any defects.  Coordinating with design teams to ensure that fabricated products meet aesthetic and structural requirements, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.  Collaborating with design, sales, and project management teams to meet client specifications. Required Skills: The required skills for the position FABRICATION MOULD DESIGNER are as follow: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fabrication Design. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
