Understanding market trends and bringing solutions to customers As a Sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for: Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth Promoting the business value proposition of Waygate Technologies through identifying new markets and building key relationships Aligning solutions to meet market needs based on in-depth knowledge of customers industry and technology Working in close cooperation with regional sales, account sales and commercial proposal staff. Demonstrating business leadership by formulating and executing the business strategy for the assigned market Meeting territory revenue targets and managing customer satisfaction to ensure our targets and service levels are achieved Collating weekly and quarterly reports accurately and timely to provide constructive input into Sales Meetings Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors from an accredited uni or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 yr of experience in Sales) Demonstrate solid experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that lead to growth Be commercially aware, able to identify potential business and sales opportunities Be a self-starter, demonstrating your experience identifying and working through challenges and opportunities Be a good communicator and be fluent in English Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
