Production Supervisor

This is a full-time Production Supervisor position based in Batu Pahat District, Johor. As a Production Supervisor at Evergreen Fibreboard Bhd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ready To Assemble Furniture manufacturing floor, ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet the company's goals. 1. What you'll be doing - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet quality and quantity targets - Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity - Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations Provide hands-on training and development to production staff to upskill the team - Communicate with cross-functional teams to align production targets with business objectives - Analyse production data and generate reports to inform decision-making - Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs 2. What we're looking for - Relevant tertiary qualification in a technical or engineering discipline - Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role - Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production targets - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Preferably with knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and continuous improvement methodologies 3.
