• To handle and maintaining full set of accounts and preparing financial statement according to the standard accounting practice and other statutory requirement. • Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, customer and supplier aging summary • Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control. • Handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly. • Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time. • Monitor and prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts and resolve variances on monthly basis. • Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes etc for Director’s approval • Prepare and handle year-end audit and tax schedules as required. • Monitor and ensure costing related activities. • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. • Organise accounts document and assist in administrative matter. • Preparing and update the statement of account for customers/dealers. • Matching the supplier invoice with DO and PO. • financial reporting, payrolls, compliance and tax submission • Prepare tax computation and submission, year-end closing management account for audit purpose • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
