About us: Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market. At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. Job Criteria: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. Oversee attendance verification and leave management, maintaining up-to-date records Support HR administration processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Coordinate benefits administration, including handling claims with Perkeso and insurance providers. Maintain employee records and handle general HR correspondence. Facilitate orientation and training programs for career development of our nursing staff. Prepare HR reports and assist in departmental goal-setting and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or related field. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented and organized. Own transportation required.
