Maintenance Planner

Plans/prepares and schedules work order's (WO) in such a way they can safely be executed on time in full (OTIF) in compliance to quality requirements. Plans/prepares and schedules legal related maintenance tasks in such a way they can safely be executed OTIF. Schedules WO's considering downtime, part- and services availability. Responsible for planning & scheduling in such a way the overall predictability and reliability of planned maintenance is maximized; i.e. maximum KPI plan-efficiency Manage and involved in CMMS Conversion Project and other maintenance Strategies Project. Ensures proper data registration and handling in the CMMS during work intake and planning & scheduling. Requests materials in line with the inventory and supply work processes. Manages tools for maintenance execution. Supports budgeting of maintenance plans including helping to calculate the preventive maintenance budget (asset based).
