Website • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and functioning properly. • Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure that the website is aligned with our branding and marketing strategy. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the website is meeting their needs and requirements. Graphics • Design marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, banners, posters, and other promotional materials as required by the Management. • Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure that the designs and contents of the artwork are impressive, correct and aligned with our branding and marketing strategy. • Undertake additional design assignments and projects as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting design requirements and deadlines. Social Media • Assist in creating and managing visually appealing content for various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. • New media topic planning and execution, FB, official website and other official accounts and other special event planning and execution. Analytics • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights that inform marketing and communication strategies. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices related to website development and social media. Others • Any related work required by the superior • Train and guide staff on the utilization of the technology tools such as printing, scanning and other, creating user access for staff. • Assisting the marketing team with the preparation for education fairs and other events • Participate in University’s event and able to capture the event photos for advertising and social media posting. Requirements: • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field is required. • Basic understanding of web design principles and experience working with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, AI or Sketch. • Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings. • Ability to analyze website data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for website improvements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide support to website users. • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of website content and design. • A proactive and creative problem solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with the higher education industry and an understanding of its unique requirements and target audience is preferred. • An excellent sense of design, typography, layout and colour composition. • Passion for the creative process, open and willing to explore new ideas. • Responsible, with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. • Able to work in a team and contribute ideas. • Pleasant interpersonal skills and attitude in order to be able to coordinate with other related departments.
