KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines while monitoring progress to ensure deliverables are met on time. - Identify and target potential customer, generate leads, conduct sales, negotiation and close deals and maintain customer relationships. - Coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships including local communities, government agencies, and project partners. - Manage project resources, team members and oversee regular project operations. Prepare detailed progress reports, maintain project documentation and manage project filing systems. - Plan and execute community engagement activities including organizing meetings, workshops and awareness programs if needed. - Collaborate with team members to optimize project execution and identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate all project-related logistics including meetings, events, and site visits. - Monitor and track project budgets, expenses and resource allocation. - Support the development of project proposals, work plans and evaluation reports. - Ensure all project documentation meets quality standards and reporting requirements. - Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and maintaining project records. - Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members when required.
