Experience in building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative culture. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using student data to drive academic and pastoral improvements. Experience with data analysis platforms is an advantage. Curriculum and Instructional Development: Ability to support and enhance teaching strategies that promote active, inquiry-based learning aligned with school values.
