Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated financial statements and notes for the company, conduct analyses, and complete annual audit work. -Provide financial data for budget estimation and conduct analyses of annual and daily budgets. -Plan and manage company taxation, completing tax declarations and settlement and payment of annual income tax. -Follow up on and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. -Participate in in-process controls, conduct reviews of contract payments, handle related accounting tasks, and assist in budget management for business operations. -Provide guidance and review the preparation of financial statements for branch campuses. -Collect, summarize, and compile financial reimbursements from branch campuses. -Understanding mergers and acquisitions (M&A) include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, integration management, communication, risk management, and transaction structuring
