Main Resposibility : 1. Responsible for reporting all customer complaints to customer service or local Customer Action Report (CAR) and recording the information. 2. Assigning a CAR number to the report. 3. Maintaining copies of all local CAR documentation. 4. Ensuring all follow up customer service actions are completed and forwarding the CAR form to Senior Project Manager. 5. Assigned complaint investigators are responsible for completing and documenting the investigation in a timely manner. 6. Attend to customer complaint and assists them to the respective/department as required. 7. Handles the incoming and outgoing calls which includes taking messages accurately as and when required. 8. Received incoming mails and record all outgoing mails and couriers. 9. Maintains an update list of telephone directory and internal telephone extensions related to customers. 10. Others as directed by the Operation Manager. Qualifications and Experience : 1. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent 2. Fresh graduate encourage to apply. Skills and Knowledge: 1. Ability to think methodically to manage projects 2. Problem solving skills 3. Ability to work to deadlines and within budget 4. Excellent verbal for written communication skills 5. Negotiating, supervisory, leadership skill
