Key Responsibilities:
- -Flower Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare flower arrangement in accordance to specifications, inciting attention to detail and high-quality standards. -Flower Maintenance: Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers, including conditioning, trimming stems, and handling with care. Follow established protocols to maximise the longevity and beauty of the floral arrangements. -Event Setup and Dismantling: Assist with event set up, including arranging and positioning floral displays at event venues. Safely transport floral arrangements to the event location, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. -Floral Design: Opportunity to create stunning and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions, including weddings, corporate functions, and everyday floral orders. -Gift Arrangement: Arrange gift items such as hampers, balloons, and preserved flowers for customer’s order. Pay attention to details, ensuring that the packaging or the final item is aesthetically pleasing and matches the overall theme and occasion. -Handcrafting and Assembly: Assemble gift arrangements with care and precision, arranging products in an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious manner. Utilize artistic techniques and attention to detail to create visually stunning and cohesive gift designs. -Personalization: Offer customization options for gifts, such as personalized messages, monograms, or engraved items. Pay attention to specific customer requests and ensure accurate execution of personalized elements in each gift. -Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of gift creation, ensuring that products are in excellent condition, properly assembled, and beautifully presented. Perform quality checks to guarantee customer satisfaction. -Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of gift items, packaging materials, and related supplies. Coordinate with team lead or managers to maintain stock levels, and ensure the availability of necessary materials. -Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current floral design trends and work with the innovation team to prototype and create stunning products.
