Customer Service Executive
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
- Read and write Chinese characters
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage
