- Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback
- Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organization
- Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities
- Work closely with hiring
- managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts
- Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements
- Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
- Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
