The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do

  • Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation
  • Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts
  • Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements
  • Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
  • Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire and consistently exceed expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
