  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to warehousing.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams (logistics, sales, etc.) and external vendors.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in varied conditions.
  • Forklift operation certification.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training or certification.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Warehousing certification (for advanced roles).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation for addressing client concerns related to warehouse operations.
