Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff.

Implement systems to minimize loss and waste.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, such as shipping, receiving, and inventory levels.
Communicate with other departments, including logistics, purchasing, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
Address operational challenges such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to warehousing.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams (logistics, sales, etc.) and external vendors.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to work in varied conditions.
Forklift operation certification.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training or certification.
Six Sigma or Lean Warehousing certification (for advanced roles).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Customer service orientation for addressing client concerns related to warehouse operations.
