- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally (WhatsApp, Wechat, Facebook etc).
- Prepare daily reports for delivery bookings and transactions.
- Work closely with admin and sales team.
- After sales customer service.
- Assist on administrative works.
- Prepare quotes and process sales order.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Peform ad-hoc task as required by superior or management.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, prior experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency communication and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
