- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Monitor and check emails for shipping updates and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send invoices and quotations for clients, including government agencies.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients regarding the status of their orders.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Basic Salary RM1,800-RM2,300 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS.
- 5 working days (Mon - Fri).
