Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Account Management:
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Generate new sales leads, including through email blasts directed at overseas clients.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or any related field.
- Language proficiency: English & Mandarin
- Fresh graduate welcome
- Prefer 1 year and above of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
