Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

      Account Management:

      • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
      • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
      • Generate new sales leads, including through email blasts directed at overseas clients.

        Quality Assurance:

        • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
        • Implement corrective actions when necessary to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or any related field.
  • Language proficiency: English & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate welcome
  • Prefer 1 year and above of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
