The Software Technician ensures the smooth functioning of Topcon Healthcare software solutions by providing technical support, resolving software issues, and assisting customers and distributors. Responsibilities:
- -Technical Support: Provide remote support for image management software, databases, operating systems, networking, and related inquiries, including integration with non-Topcon products. -Issue Resolution: Handle post-sales software complaints and inquiries, liaising with the product specialist department as needed. -Training: Conduct on-the-job and in-house training, maintain logs of queries/complaints, and pursue continuous learning. -Task Management: Meet KPIs, follow assignment systems, and work effectively with minimal supervision. -Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement efficiency improvements and enhance customer satisfaction through periodic surveys.
