Pet Care Consultant & Sales (Damansara Perdana, Wangsa Maju, Shah Alam, Johor, Puncak Jalil, Bangi, Melaka, Ipoh, USJ, Seremban 2)

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs
• Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
• Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes
• Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
• Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within the lobby area and other common areas visible from the front desk

• Cat lover
• Enjoy meeting people and working in a team
• Able to work under time constraints
• KPI-oriented to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Understand that the sales & retail work environment is not the same as office-hour work
• Willing to work long hours (8:00 - 19:00)
• Committed and punctual

• Familiar with social media tools
• Skill in taking & editing photos/videos is an added advantage
• Open to being relocated (advantageous, as we are hiring for multiple locations)
• Immediate availability preferred

• Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
