- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about services provided
- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls or email inquiries regarding booking requests/questions
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs
- Process bookings/reservations ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare invoices/receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes
- Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk; reorder supplies when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness/orderliness within the lobby area and other common areas visible from the front desk
