Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media & Community Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute media strategies that enhance brand awareness and community engagement. This role includes managing social media platforms, collaborating with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), coordinating content production, and supporting event planning. Additionally, the Media & Community Coordinator will assist in recruiting Pet Consultants and maintaining relationships with media outlets to ensure consistent and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:- Create, manage, and optimize engaging, creative, and informative social media content.
- Monitor audience interactions across various platforms and respond accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Influencer & KOL Engagement:- Research, approach, and collaborate with influencers and KOLs for partnerships and sponsorships.
- Coordinate content production activities with influencers and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Execute and monitor shout-out campaigns, generating performance reports.
Media Relations:- Assist in managing relationships with media outlets, including press and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and branding across all media efforts.
- Manage crisis communication plans to address any negative publicity or issues.
Content Creation & TikTok Live:- Develop and produce social media materials, including promotional visuals and video content.
- Create consistent, meaningful content across all social media platforms, including shooting videos, writing and editing posts, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, especially emerging video trends, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance digital presence.
- Produce a daily output of 5-7 videos.
- Live 4 hours per day.
- Willingness to appear on camera in video content.
Collaboration & Reporting:- Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content creator staff, media campaigns, and community activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
