- Lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and have full responsibility for the food and kitchen item.
- Maintain high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding dinners’ expectation.
- Need to have knowledge and focus on profit and loss.
- Responsible to order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Responsible to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.
- Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload.
- Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
- Manage the entire kitchen operation with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & practices, staff training & development in consistency manner.
- Prepare and review SOP related to kitchen management and food preparation.
- Need to support Ad Hoc task for time to time.
- Malaysian or PR.
- Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Asian Cuisine.
