  • Generating leads/ referrals for the company by networking, establishing and maintaining good.
  • relationships with clients/ partners/ associates/ certification bodies, participating in events/ exhibitions, conducting seminars/ talks, cold calls, and/ or any other methods deemed suitable by the management and/ or superior.
  • Carry out research and data collection to understand industries, products, services, markets and clients.
  • Manage client's enquiries on company's products/ services.
  • Carry out sales presentation, provide recommendations and/ or solutions to ensure clients are well informed to make the necessary decisions.
  • Prepare sales materials where necessary.
  • Prepare proposals/ quotations/ tenders to clients and follow up to closing of sales.
  • Maintain clients’ satisfaction and handle clients’ complaint to ensure clients retention.
  • Speak fluent English
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience
  • Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome client objections and challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and persistence in competitive or high-pressure environments.
  • Needs to be presentable.
  • Candidates must possess at least Degree.
  • 5- 10 years experience in Sales.
  • Provide relevant and accurate information to internal team (example consultancy/ training information to consultants/ trainers) and to external team (example product/ job information to outsourced consultants trainer and partners).
  • Propose new strategy/ products/ services/ solutions/ ideas aligned with company’s direction and targets to ensure company growth.
  • Carry out any other work tasks assigned by the management and/ or superior which includes works located in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and outstations.
  • Abide with company’s policies and code of ethics.
  • Accountable for achievement of Key Results Area (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the company.
  • Reports: Prepare and submit relevant reports as defined in SOP.
  • Annual and Sick leaves provided.
  • EPF/SOCSO/PCB.
  • Training provided.
