- Technical Assistance : Assist with troubleshooting technical problems such as buffering issues, browser compatibility, and device-related concerns.
- Account Management: Help users manage subscriptions, billing questions, account upgrades, and cancellations. Ensure data privacy and security measures are upheld while handling user accounts.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and solutions in the company’s CRM.
- Education: Graduate SPM,high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in a related field like communications, IT, or media studies is preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with users professionally and clearly (Can speak in English & Mandarin).
- Willing relocate in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
- Willing work in Rotational Shift.
