JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing routine and advanced duties for other professionals.
- Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents.
- Managing calendars, sorting mail, and preparing invoices.
- Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Facilitating efficient communication across an entire office or specific department.
- Answering phones, updating databases, and completing general clerical work.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Malay, English, and Mandarin lingua.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different languages and cultures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience will be an added advantage
