As a Process Ownership Record to Report Manager, you will collate and summarise the monthly activities undertaken in each region and assist with the design, configuration, deployment and optimization of new Financial Tools.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Collate data from Local Operating Companies (LOC)/Regions/Business Service Centers to determine what activities and controls they are conducting today

  • Create a catalogue of the future state activities with numbering and standard definitions and RACI

  • Assist with the creation of training materials

  • Work with the Record to Report (R2R) Process Support Team to develop R2R Process Support Team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Train Business Implementation Leads and Users

  • Deploy system functionality ensuring alignment with policy and process

  • Participate in After Action Reviews (AAR) and modify catalogue of activities accordingly

  • Work with Tech to determine what technical support is required along with cost

  • Coordinate Data Collection, tracking progress and reporting status

  • Work with the R2R Support Team Manager to ensure that Business System Requirements (BSR) follow the same support process as journals

  • Analyse tickets to understand root cause of issue

  • Ensure that capability in R2R Support Team is maintained

  • Develop Project Plans for Tech, Global Process Owner (GPO), and Business Change

  • As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), work with the R2R Trainer and R2R Communications contact to develop training materials and communications

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Certified Public Accountant/CPA or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants/ACCA certification

  • Medium scale business transformation experience

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or consumer goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes and proven experience in global process roll-out

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Relationship management and stakeholder management experience at a Manager/Director level

  • Sound understanding of process simplification and standardisation

  • Good leadership and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix team

  • Knowledge of SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) templates

  • Understanding and use of Agile Ways of Working and Scrum/Kanban Delivery
