  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

  • Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support regarding the Company’s products/applications/solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge in, but not limited to Company products.
  • Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
  • Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Accounts Manager/Area Manager and sales teams prepare new business proposals.
  • Ensure implementation of the Company’s service commitments at all client sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support to Sales team in the handling of Company program service calls on existing products and services, and assist in the correction problems as appropriate.
  • Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations.
  • Assist in critiquing products for serviceability, performance and reliability.
  • Inter-act with appropriate company resources and work as a team.
  • Ability to assess on-site field problems and operate required testing equipment to return systems to customer conformance.
  • Coordinate and manage replacement parts programs with the individual manufacturing plants to ensure the availability of components as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
  • Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.
  • Assist in the development of troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.
  • Qualify, coordinate and monitor outside subcontractor network as required to ensure repair timelines are maintained and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Whenever required, work with regional team toward continuous improvement of policies and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
  • Provide installation resource services on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the needs of the customer.
  • Services may include (but not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, rollout support services, etc.
  • Provide information to Sales team of accounts and assist in answering customer questions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of assigned company vehicles.
  • Responsible for reading and complying with Solenis policies on Safety, Product Stewardship and shipping of analytical samples. Complies with all local safety regulations.

    • Job Requirements

  • Technical Diploma/Degree in Science or Engineering. Chemical Engineering will be preferred
  • Prefer male candidate with related background
  • Possesses strong chemical and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in servicing Customers
  • 1-5 years of experience and understanding pulp & Paper and applications or related chemical field & Fresh graduated acceptable as well
  • Proactive and forward thinking.
  • Autonomous self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

    • Contract : 12 months (view to extension subject to performance and approval)
