  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage import/export shipments, coordinating with departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Source, negotiate, and analyze freight costs while maintaining accurate freight records.
  • Book freight and forward details to logistics for haulage arrangements.
  • Maintain and update customer and shipment databases.
  • Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to liners and verify completeness.
  • Verify freight and supplier invoices, submitting them to finance for payment and ensuring timely settlement of outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor container status and address issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports for HOD review.
  • Adhere to and implement Energy Management System requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge/experience in QHSE and Food Safety is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
