-Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
-Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
-Process daily invoice, weekly payment voucher, monthly statement for HQ and all branches.
-Proper Drive filing for all invoices, payment voucher, monthly statement, and payroll.
-Coordinating HQ and all branches
-Handling HQ and all branches expenses and budgets.
-Providing general administrative support to the team of HQ and branches staff.
-Assisting branches in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-Assisting branches in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, and orientation.
-Assisting branches in the letter and proper record and filling for all staff.
-Arrange for interview and hiring documentation for branches.
-Assist in payroll administration, leave administration, staff welfare.
-Preparation and submission for statutory payroll contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
-Monitor staff OT record, reimbursement submission.
-Keep track the record of the quantities of company uniform & stationery.
-Keep track the stockist of the warehouse.
-Min SPM qualification (Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management or related field preferred)
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a restaurant will be preferred.
-Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken. -Willing to learn and committed to work. -Familiar with Microsoft, Google Drive, Sheets and basic computer knowledge. -Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. -Flexible and willing to travel and manage branches and outstation tasks.
