Key Responsibilities:
- -Consultative Sales: Employ a consultative approach to sales, collaborating closely with clients to understand their pain points and recommending training programs that align with their strategic goals. -Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor training solutions that address their unique requirements. -Solution Presentation: Present compelling training proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services. Effectively communicate how our solutions can drive business performance and outcomes. -Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our training experts and consultants to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation. -Performance Metrics: Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team. Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- -Proven track record of at least 2+ years in B2B business development, preferably in a consultative sales environment. -Experience in the training, learning, or consulting industry is highly desirable. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization. -Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. -Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. -Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. -Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. -Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
