- Deploy and maintain on-going business (CDN, SSL, etc)
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via instant messaging platform or email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.

- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduate or equivalent 1-2 years of working experience.
- Able to speak in English.
- Proven experience in an IT Support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
- Able to travel to office (Hybrid)
- Able to travel oversea to do maintenance on hardware and site checking. (HongKong, Taiwan, Korea)
