- Contribute to the increase in kiosk and branch sales.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries and provide assistance to customers, even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundromat.
- Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) Service:
- Assist customers with washing and drying their clothes.
- Free Transfer Service: Transfer customers' clothes from washer to dryer.
- Easy Folding Service: Fold clothes with an easy technique to prevent wrinkles for Free Transfer and DOPU services (no charge).
- Folding Service: Fold clothes according to company SOP (charges apply, and employees receive commission).
- Maintain branch cleanliness during working hours.
- Prepare daily reports – Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.
- Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & photocopying).
- Handle branch equipment (e.g., gas, pump) to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to and cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.
- Work independently in the branch, as if you are the branch owner! No issues or conflicts with other employees!
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or higher.
- High integrity.
- Able to work well with the Branch Manager in planning effective strategies to increase branch sales.
- Well-spoken, polite, and able to attract customers' attention to purchase products sold at the branch.
- Annual Leave (8 days).
- Company provides 3 sets of uniforms to employees.
- EPF & SOCSO contributions.

- Bonus every 6 months if KPIs are met.
Working Hours:
- 9:30 am - 7:00 pm with a 2-hour break.
- Work 6 days a week with a day off on a weekday.
- Any changes to working hours are at the discretion of the company.
- Overtime (OT) is only required if instructed by management.
