- Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform brand efforts.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) to engage our audience and grow our following.
- Content Creation & Development: Design eye-catching graphics and write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials tailored for different audiences and platforms.
- Campaign Development & Support: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.
- Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or public relations role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with brand management and public relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Willing to work at Publika, KL
- 5 working days with regular working hours (Monday to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm)
