Job Description

As a Sales Consultant for Interior Design (ID) & Renovation, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for interior design and renovation projects. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored design solutions, and ensure the smooth execution of projects from design to implementation.

Job Scope

1. Sales and Prospecting:

The primary focus is to generate new leads and grow business opportunities.
Responsible for presenting and selling ID & Renovation services to potential clients.

2. Consultation and Solutions:

Provide advice on interior design options and renovation choices, including budget management while overseeing initial design discussions and collaborate with clients in selecting suitable materials.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare clear and effective presentations for clients on design concepts and project scope.
Manage all negotiations regarding pricing and project requirements with clients

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the design team, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.


6. Training and Development:
Participate in training programs and stay informed on industry trends to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.


7. Performance Reporting:

Provide progress reports and maintain accurate records for each project and transaction handled
