ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  • Responsible for achieving sales quotas and targets as specified by Management.
  • Perform indoor and outdoor sales campaigns and promotions as instructed by Management.
  • Develop buyers by prospecting and maintaining relationships with previous customers; outbound calling for leads; responding to online and phone inquiries.
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching their requirements to various models; building rapport.
  • Demonstrate motorcycles by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and benefits.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, offering warranties, services, accessories, and delivering the motorcycle.
  • Arrange finance and insurance options for customers.
  • Provide sales management reports showing sales pipeline, leads, deals, and deliveries.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Take responsibility and accountability for daily tasks (as delegated by your Manager).
    • Ensure motorcycles on display are in good order and well cared for.
    • Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
    • Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
    • Attend all relevant training.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate and competent.
  • Ability to ride and push a motorcycle.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working hours: 10.00AM – 7.00 PM
