SCOPE OF WORK/ RESPONSIBILITY :
a) To perform general administration and purchasing data entry duties.
b) Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
c) To provide administrative support
d) To perform other related activities as when necessary
e) Ensure all attendance are recorded and updated.
f) Previous experience is needed.
g) Able to handle claim/quotation/proforma invoice/invoicing/
delivery order/purchase order.
h) Prepare documentation for tender.
i) Have good work responsibilities and be able to work independently.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in any related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English verbal and written & good
communication skills.
- Pro-active, result oriented and able to interact with all levels, especially senior levels and professionals.
- Computer Literate especially Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point etc
- Willing to work 5 days a week (9am - 5pm).
- Female only.
