Finance Assistant cum AdminFinance Support- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including receipts, and payments.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including budgets, cash flow statements, and expense reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation, including calculating employee salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS,PCB).
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other financial documents.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial queries.
Administrative Support- Manage company documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Coordinate office supplies and logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Schedule and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as required.
- Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, attendance, leave, and performance).
- Assist HR in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and preparing offer letters.
- Support HR to employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
