- Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
- Prepare and assist in supervising and updating AP and other ledgers.
- Prepare closing stock reports to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of assets.
- Maintain proper accounting records and a proper filing system.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and ensure compliance with standard requirements.
- Carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
- Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
- Strong analytical skills and a fast learner.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to liaise with customers or suppliers in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (Autocount).
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
