  • Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
  • Prepare and assist in supervising and updating AP and other ledgers.
  • Prepare closing stock reports to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of assets.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and a proper filing system.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and ensure compliance with standard requirements.
  • Carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
  • Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and a fast learner.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to liaise with customers or suppliers in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (Autocount).
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
