Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with placing orders and selecting floral arrangements
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with the florist team, delivery team, and riders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Continuously seek process improvements and meet targets to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling customer inquiries and escalations, adhering to company policies and standards
- Able to work overtime when orders are high, especially during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company

Schedule Every month, you’ll work two weeks with 5 workdays each, then switch IT up with two weeks of 6 workdays each. You'll need to work on public holidays alternate, but don't worry—working on a public holiday means you get 2 extra days off! Requirements
