Financial Executive

1. Financial Planning and Strategy:

• Develop long-term financial plans and budgets for the company, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and capital allocation.
• Participate in strategic decision-making, providing financial analysis to ensure optimal use of company resources.

  2. Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Oversee and manage the preparation and execution of the company’s annual budget, ensuring adherence within reasonable limits.
  • Provide cost analysis and control recommendations to optimize financial resources and enhance overall operational efficiency.

    3. Tax Management and Compliance:

    • Ensure the company complies with relevant tax laws and regulations, and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure financial compliance and manage tax filings and audits.

      4. Daily Financial Transaction Management:

      • Monitor and manage daily financial transactions to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Practical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Skills: Proficient in financial tools and software, including Excel and accounting systems.
• Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Language: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to engage with different stakeholders.
