We are recruiting outlet manager & supervisor for our new stores in Johor Aeon Tebrau City
Newly recruited supervisors and managers will first come to Klang Valley for comprehensive training. During the training period, for those who applying managers position, you will hold the position of Supervisor to upon completing the training, and promoted to Outlet Manager based on your job performance.
Major Benefit:

One Time In-House Food is provided on the daily work day

AL and MC (base on the working duration after confirmation)
Provide Cooperate Attire
Opportunity for a salary increase every three months.
Soft Opening Allowance- joining in Nov or Dec will get up to ~RM200 by year-end
Responsibilities:
Guide the team with a good quality service delivery to customers, outlet environment cleanliness and brightness, team members are in the proper appearance and posture in company natural.
Pay attention to responsibility of outlet sales performance and well-monitoring the stock freshness.
Provide leadership guidance, well-communication in coaching and counselling to the duty-in-work team partners.
Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
Provide guidance and coaching to ensure consistent performance and growth within the team.
Job requirement:
Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Spoken language in English.
We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively cater to our Mandarin-speaking client
Candidate must possess minimum SPM and above education level like diploma etc.
Able to work immediately and independently with minimum supervision.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
Working Location:
Aeon Tebrau City Johor
Working hour: Seven and half hours including one hour break (Work-Shift based)
Off Day: One day per week

新招聘的主管 & 店长,将首先来到吉隆坡进行全面培训。
在培训期间,申请店长职位的人员将担任主管职位,完成培训后,将根据您的工作表现晋升为店铺经理。
主要福利:

工作职责:
带领团队为顾客提供优质服务,确保门店环境整洁明亮,团队成员形象得体,符合公司标准。
关注门店销售表现,确保库存新鲜度良好。
提供领导指导,良好沟通并在工作中进行辅导和咨询。
维持门店的卫生、健康和清洁标准。
提供指导和培训,确保团队内部表现一致并不断成长。
工作要求:
至少具有两年相关工作经验。
能够讲英语。
我们希望找到能够流利使用普通话的候选人,以便更好地服务普通话客户。
候选人需至少具备高中(SPM)或以上学历,如文凭等。
能够立即上岗,并能在最少监督下独立工作。
具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力,心态积极。
工作地点:
Aeon Tebrau City Johor
工作时间:每天七个半小时,包括一个小时休息时间(轮班制)
休息日:每周一天
